2012 Summer Highlights - BPA national qualifier tournament Geremy was 8 for 13 with 13 RBI’s and 2 home runs. Geremy threw a shut out game against a New Lennox team that was 13-1, had 10 strikeouts and hit a 2-run homerun in the 7th to seal a 3-0 win. Led the team in hom runs along the side of Austin Ulick with 5. Geremy was invited to the 15u International World Series; threw a complete game for a victory against a strong Indiana team that included 9 strikeouts.
Coach Stone’s Comments on Geremy Guerrero -“Geremy has great arm slot and good mound presence. Throws 3 pitches well for strikes. Another lefty with big potential. Ball leaves hand effortlessly and knows how to pitch. Geremy will throw a ton of ground balls and will log a ton of innings. Good velocity with above average off-speed. He competes.”
