?!

We should all have Buter's conf schedule; though it looks like they're sporting a pair in the pre-conference.

Butler returns everyone from last years squad that went like 24-6...they're legit.

And I don't get that. Waltman never had that much problem beating them. Neither has Waltman's protege, the dude at Wright State. Why is it that no one can figure them out? Of course, it could be that I just hate Butler with a capital H...:censored:

Butler is legit..they are a great team, well coached and they recruit very, very well. ISU has beat them in the past, but ISU has also beat many teams in the past. Difference is that Butler might lose 5-6 games over the entire year, while ISU has, in the past lost 9-10 games in off years. An off year for Bulter is 7-8 games and they win when it matters. I am not a Butler Fan, but they are good and will be for many years to come. Plus, you can't argue with the educational opportunities and subsiqent alumni network that exists for Butler grads. It is similar to Notre Dame's, on a smaller scale, but it exists. Butler grads take care of Butler Grads, that simply doesn't exist with ISU.

They're kinda like...

Gonzaga though the Zags probably have better talent; I don't see butler turning in records like they have in the Valley but in the Horizon...

Butler in the Final Four in 2011... Hmmm, interesting, will have to wait for that finish

When you look at what small schools like Gonzaga and Butler have done the past 5-10 years it makes you even more mad about ISU hoops. No reason with some good recruiting and coaching that a team like State can't become a serouis mid major power.
