Got a new opportunity - happy for him. Don’t know if Indiana State tried to match his offer - can’t imagine he would have left if they could have afforded him. That guy did a really solid job and will be hard to replace. I woulda found a way. But we’ve been down this road before. Plus, no one asked me…

Last year was the best run of show / in game experience I’ve seen at Indiana State in a good while - maybe ever. He was a big part of that if not the key player in that. When you got young talent that has started to establish relationships and trust with donors, sponsors and ticket holders you must find a way.

Our loss. Good luck to him!

In my limited dealings with Logan, he was a straight forward guy......sorry to see him go.

He basically handled the run of show at every game this year. All of the like timeout contests and anything that a corporate sponsor touched he basically was involved in that aspect.

I’ve interacted him both as a sponsor and just overall fan of Indiana State and he was great to work with. Just sorry to see him go.

If you aren’t local and aren’t a sponsor you probably wouldn’t have had much interaction with him or any reason to know him. I just thought he turned out to be a really good hire and we tend to focus on the negative and while him leaving is negative - the work did here wasn’t and it was worth mentioning.

I expect his work here has led to an offer with greater responsibilities and opportunities plus more money. I expect he wants to diversify his background to work towards an AD position somewhere. The best way to get that diversification that 'sells' to a larger school is to showcase your abilities across several markets over the first 10 years.

He will be missed, but it is probably a very good move for him.

Kudos to Logan. Wish him the best. The Sycamore Beer at THBC was his idea to create NIL funds. He also reached out to us old alums and season ticket holders for our ideas, input etc. on how to make the game experience better and ways to put more people in the seats. His replacement will have big shoes to fill.
