ISU should take a fan bus down there, that way Indiana State could have their share of fans down there too!!

Students like me aren't going to be able to just leave here and miss 2 or 3 days of school and/or work just for a basketball game. It would be awesome but we have responsibilities and I'm fairly certain that not even a single student would make the trip. It'd be pretty costly too.

I am certain a few students will make the trip. I had plans to do so (I ain't a student anymore), and staying with a friend that works for LSU, but no can do because of work. I am sure there will be some students and several alums....but I understand why there wouldn't be many students...but think about it from a historical perspective, when ISU has played in the NCAA students have traveled throughout the country to see the Sycamores play, missing class, missing work, etc.

I mean, we had a student attendance in the double digits at the last game. There definately will be alumni but I am 99% sure that there will be no students except for ones that are related to the program somehow (e.g. managers, maybe a Statesman writer). Yes, there are a select few students that sometimes travel to go to confrence games (I'm doing it this year!!), but not one in Baton Rouge. This ain't the late 70's Sycamores!
