The Wade Level
RJ will join AIA for a week tour playing against teams from Poland. Other MVC players on the team include; Garrett Stutz & Toure Murray of Wichita State and Kyle Weems of Missouri State. Games will take place in late May/early June.

This will be good for RJ to get some "game time" action and tune up on some of his game.

Anyknow...

if McKenna is 'tighter' with the Athletes in Action crowd vs. the staff at USA Basketball?

Know that K-Mac was spent time the past two summers (2009, 2010) working with AiA in Europe; guess I'm just curious when he'll start getting tapped to work / coach a USA Basketball team?

This is all I can give to this...not sure how far along they are into this tourney...I can't do facebook at work:

Live Broadcasts of the Games – The games will be broadcast live over the web at http://www.Livestream.com/AIABasketball. The game times and dates are listed on the page.

Facebook – We’ll be posting updates to the AIA Basketball Facebook page at http://www.Facebook.com/AIABasketball.

Twitter – Self explanatory. Follow at http://www.Twitter.com/AIA_Basketball

Email Updates – If any of your friends, family, teammates, etc. want to get email updates during the tour they can add their email to the database at http://www.ChrisSigfrids.com/AIA. Feel free to forward this email to your friends, family, etc.

Does anyone know where you can find box scores to see how RJ Mahurin did? I couldn't find anything on gosycamores.com.

I saw 3 of them. He's averaging about 3 pts. Any pts he gets is fine considering that he's a freshman. I saw him in some videos make a nice 3 and a good post feed. He looks ok to me. I can't wait for November.

It was pretty difficult trying to follow the squad over in Poland. I was able to watch the first game; RJ scored 6 and played OK. He played a lot in the first half and little in the second.

He started the second game and played "pretty well" (according to him!). I was not able to watch because my high school team was playing. Unfortunately, he was injured on a tip-in on the first play of the second half.

The third game was played Sunday morning and was not aired on the net. Last word I got (two hours prior to tip-off) was that he was receiving treatment and playing was going to be a game-time decision.

He flies into Chicago this afternoon, so I'll get more details then.

Nothing too serious...flipped over a guy on a tip-in. Wasn't able to catch himself and landed on his hip. He's had a few issues with that hip.

It was one of those things you play with during the MVC season, but you're a little more careful with during a summer exhibition.

He's home and had a light workout last night. He'll be fine.

Thanks for the updat ewhen you said injury and left it at that kinda worried thnak goodness he is young LOL
