As ISUCC said in the game thread, this was the first time ISU has won a series against Creighton since 2001 and before that, 1993. It was the first time since 1992 that ISU has won a series from Creighton in Omaha! Friday's win broke a string of 12 straight losses to Creighton in Omaha.

Another BIG thing is that tonight's come from behind win breaks a string of 39 straight games where Creighton wins when they are ahead after six innings.

I thought you hated that site and couldn't stand it. Why do you always read it and bring it up then?

I'm not even a member there. I just check it out on occasion to see if any rival fans are giving ISU any credit for its success. Rarely find that to be the case. Why do you post here? I've never seen you have anything remotely respectful to say about our university.

But why do you even care what anybody says over there if you don't like it? You're kind of talking out of both sides of your mouth.

Do Sycamore fans ever give anybody else any credit for their successes? It seems like you just want it to be a one-way street. Maybe Sycamore fans and Indiana State athletics would get more respect if it was shown more by them in the first place.

Congrats on the victory over Creighton.

Is that not considered respectful?

Not really considering a majority of your comments are, "Sycamore fans are horrible and they hate wichita." with your attitude I would rather see you just stay in wichita...have fun in your mom's basement!

I don't like a lot of the wsu fans there who seem to have difficulty giving anyone credit or respect, but I appreciate what I do see on occasion from other fans and those wsu fans who are the exception. I think ISU fans are quick to show and give respect. We were certainly pulling for UNI this year in the tournament. Most of us are pulling for Butler, even though there are some hard feelings there.

BTW VF, here is to what could be a great battle between the Sycamores and Shockers this season. Since you didn't answer my question, I assume that is why you are here.

There is no doubt in my mind the Sycs-Shocks series in Terre Haute is going to decide the Valley title. WSU has been very questionable lately (especially on the road) so I think it's a very favorable matchup for Indiana State.

Here's to a great series indeed and congrats on the series win in Omaha!
