Won't be easy today. Looks like the Illini should rolling with pitcher Cooper Omans. Omans threw in the first in the first meeting against the sycamores and ISU got nothing against him; once they went to the pen the sycamores lit it up. Omans is statically and arguably their best pitcher, although you can't pitch much better than Crowder did 2 days ago.
Sycs should be coming in with Brennyn Cutts. Cutts hasn't be that sharp lately but he is the MVC pitcher of the year. So he is more than capable of shutting down the Illini. Kind of crazy both teams will have this level of pitching still available in the tournament.

At minimum it would be nice to live up to our seeding and make it to the regional final. Really need to win this game, so that we can say we knocked out a local B1G school.
