I dont think we qualify for the "first four" as that is for the last 4 at larges and last four automatic qualfiiers, I believe. 12 or 13 seed?

Unfortunately I see could see us being in any bracket, I dont think the committee cares where the tress play. lol They tend to just worry about where the top seeds go. I see us getting a 13 or 14 seed. Maybe 15 but Im pretty confident we will get a 13 or 14.

I would agree. Scary to think about the caliber of team we might be playing. How sweet would it be though to keep this momentum alive for two weeks (somehow - one down side to mid majors playing their tournaments so early, yes we get rest, but also can get rusty) and at the very least take three or four seed all the way to the wire. Will be good to get Richard some rest and selection Sunday will be fun to watch!
 
No worse than a 10 we have 20 wins we have losses to good ass teams in Pu and Nd both top 10 teams. We r no worse than a 12. Im saying 11 seed. The Ball State loss and MSU dont hurt us that much. Its gunna be a 1 bid league and im fine with that!
 
I'm guessing a 13 seed.

Thirteen losses is too many for a twelve seed.

I hope I'm proved wrong.

As of right now on bracketography.com (my favorite prediction site....f*ck joe lunardi) they have us playing Wisconsin in D.C. They are predicting us as a 14 seed but i really dont see that happening, our resume is the perfect resume for a 13 seed.
 
I agree with most of you saying we will be a 13 seed maybe a 12. But the 13 seems to fit us well. Regardless where we are places and where we play I'm hoping the team brings out the powder blue retro uniforms for the tournament.....last time we wore them in the tourny we made it to the championship game :sycamores:

If you meant to say no better than 10, I can buy that. Hey, I'm as excited as anyone about our Trees making the Big Dance, but realistically I think a 12 or 13 seed will be about as good as it gets.

I haven't broken it down (not sure if I have the knowledge to do that anyway), but I seem to recall we were a 12-seed the last time we were in this position. Being a 12-seed would mean a nice chance for a feasible upset, so I'd take it. Being a 14-seed might feel a little insulting, but as long as we're not a 15 or 16, I'm not going to whine about it too much.

No chance in hell we get better than a 12 based on the how the committee has done this in the past. 13 or 14 is where I would put my money on depending on what happens with all of the other teams this week. I'd take a 13 seed close to home. That would be pretty good for the trees!

I agree. 13 seed would be best case scenario (and what we were in 2001 when we knocked off Oklahoma, we were a 12 seed the year before when we lost to Texas) but I think we will be a 14.

Lets hope we are playing Cleveland and I can just drive over to see the game. If we don't play in Cleveland or Chicago, I probably won't be able to go.
 
I'd guess 12 at best, but I'd like to see us play a mid pack Big 10 school, mid pack Big XII school or mid pack ACC school. Definitely don't want to see ISU play a Big East school.

Ideally we'd get Kansas, who can never seem to beat MVC schools
 
UNI was a 12 seed two years ago when we had 23 wins, and were the MVC regular season and tournament champs.

I think a 12 is out of the question.
