This team has really come together to see their potential can be over the last three weekends. To go 6-3 against probably the toughest competition on our schedule (at Creighton and The Citadel and home against Wichita State) was pretty impressive. The team also didn't let down in their two midweek games, crushing Butler and Chicago State.
From what I've seen the Sycamores, Redbirds and Shockers are all pretty equal teams and it should be an entertaining MVC Tournament out in Wichita.
We just need to continue to take care of business on the road in MVC play.

Comparatively, how were crowds of Friday-Saturday-Sunday? Sounded (webcast) like Sunday was a lil' subdued...

friday nite the crowd was awesome. really loud for the last inning and was going nuts during the last at bat Browning was pitching. Didnt go saturday but ya the crowd was alil more sub dued sunday. There were alot of students there friday because of some spring week event was there. those students failed to return for the rest of the games.
