Is this game on Sycamore vision? I have to work late on Thursday night and would love to kill time watching it in my office.

does anybody know if tickets for the exhibition will be same price as a normal game?

I know nothing about Lewis and we really don't know much about our team this year either. Should be interesting! Regardless, we schedule these exhibition teams to win and win easily. I expect no less.

thank goodness for twitter as noone is running the live stats page for ISU tonight

ISU up 8-3

Per Golden's Tweet:

Starters: Justin Gant, Manny Arop, Jake Kitchell, Dawon Cummings and Jake Odum.

If anyone comes onto SycamorePride.com while at the game (ie SSOM during halftime), please let us know how the crowd looks....I know it's preseason but would be nice if there are at least 4000 in attendance.

Well this blows! Stuck at work and can't watch game, listen to the game or even track the score of the game! What the H?

Per facebook:

At the break the #Sycamores lead the Flyers 37-26. RJ Mahurin leads ISU with 11 pts.

I was pretty pleased with the crowd. Don't know the exact numbers but r looked like there were more students there tonight than most regular season games.

Game Thoughts

Thoughts on the game, player by player then some random thoughts.

Gant - Played Well against mostly inferior insidet talent. I love how quick he can get off the floor twice in rebound situations. He finsihed pretty well around the basket given the opportunity.

Arop - Was just off tonight. I still think he might lead the team in scoring.

Kitchel - Suprise he played. He passed the ball really well and looks more physical.

Odum - was Odum, I don't know what else to say. However he did not play his best game

Cummings - Played better as they game went on. Hit a couple of threes and can defend

RJ - Was in and out of the dog house all night due to turnovers. He was the only one that had it going early. He had 21 pts to lead the team. (5 pts in garbage times)

Khristian Smith - I liked his energy coming off the bench. He had a couple of dunks and played geranally well. If he can get his d to the level the coaches want, and get more consistent outside, they sky is the limit.

Eitel - Still Smart and consistent...shots weren't falling but they will

Devonte - Best besides Odum at going to the basket. Works hard on D but needs to just tighten up the ball handling.

Burnett - Showed a couple flashes but will struggle to find minutes

R. Smith - Played a little, I think they are angling for Redshirt

T. Bell - Played very little. He will definately red shirt in my opinion.

General thoughts...
we had butter fingers rebounding
too many unforced turnovers
we are clearly still learning to play with all the new players
Devonte is quickest on the team down the lane
I hate only having one exhibition game
Really impressed with Kitchel's passing...can't say it enough
We need to push the ball more, we play better at a fast pace....the offense bogs down in the half court
I didn't think the coaches put Arop in situations best suited for him
