There were a lot of Dizzy Dean happenings but the one that always comes to mind for me is the guy and his gal playing a little kissy-face under an umbrella during a rather long rain delay. TV didn't cut away back in those days and Dizzy just kept things going telling stories. Finally he said "Folks I think I have it figured out what is going on down there, he is kissing her on the strikes and she is kissing him on the balls"................oops off the air that day.
