WOW!!!!!!The players are so jacked and excited about the second chance they have just been given! For anything all of you have said about not closing the deal, more disappointment, more of the same...... I'll take the heart of this team! Very well deserved, even with yesterday's disappointment. Have to make my travel plans!

Just shows you how season long success pays off congrats guys but lets not settle with just making it . Lets shove it up the ass of all these people who say Typical ISU bullshit including Todd Golden who does more to drag down Indiana State than anyone and he does it in print. Note to Trib-Star send Andy Amey he is at least wants to see the local teams succeed .

ISU holds wins over 3 of the teams in the play-offs... and SHOULD have a 4th with a win over the Deadbirds...

Edit: Sorry, only 2 (Liberty and UNI) - I was thinking that we beat SDSU - but that was a couple years ago...

I agree with you on Todd Golden, for the most part, but not on slamming other fans who were legitimately disappointed. ISUCC and I agreed not to bring up season ending disappointments, and I thought that was a great idea, but I get why other fans still bring it up. They're just as passionate about ISU as those of you who remain silent when we lose.

Yesterday was very disappointing. It basically was our first round playoff game and we lost. We backed our way in. If we win the first game against EKU, I think that will remove the bad taste from the WIU loss, but the selection in and of itself isn't really a victory. We got bailed out by the selection committee. It feels good to know our season will continue, but to me, it doesn't feel like it was well earned.
 
Congratulations to the team! This is a monumental step forward for Sycamore football! To be recognized as one of the top 24 programs in the country is HUGE! Now let's see how long these guys can extend the season! This is just the first step. And a small one, at that. Go out and PROVE IT, that this inclusion wasn't just a gift from the committee - that ISU football belongs there!!!
