Poll, how do I create one?

I know that vBulletin will allow users to create and post a poll. I don't know how to do that. I hope someone here is more knowledgeable than I and is willing to share that info.

Go to a forum and start a new thread. Scroll down below the text box and the options for a poll should be there.
