The entire upper deck will be bleacher seats. Yes, you read that right. BLEACHERS. Nothing like building a 1959 arena in 2018...

Havent reviewed the docs myself yet, but if this is true hell of a stain on Curtis and Clinkscales resumes. This is a once a lifetime thing and we seem to be cutting corners and not exploring every avenue of fundraising.
