The inauguration will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 13 in the Hulman Center and features a theme of "Partnering for our Future," as these relationships enhance students' experiences at State and help advance the university's strategic goals.

Here's Illinois' rule as I understand it. You are allowed to vote if you bring a piece of mail for residence verification and an ID. im not sure mail to a dorm counts. here's the problem. although its a felony to vote 2 times, they may not catch it and even if you do your vote will still be counted.
