I don't know enough about IUPUI and Valpo to say we should be ahead of them, but I would think we'd compete quite well against them. This seems to be a pointless ranking of how teams have performed generally in the past decade, not a ranking based on the players the teams have now. Indiana has no business being in the number one spot this year. I'm pretty confident we would wipe the floor with them in Terre Haute and considering we always play them hard in Bloomington, we could easily win there, too. There is absolutely no way they should be ahead of Purdue, Butler and ND.
