Really neat "In Their Own Words" article

Over the weekend, I read Rod Hardy's "In Their Own Words" on www.thesycamorenation.com website. Normally I wouldn't plug another website on here, but this kid's comments are really great. He sounds like a great representative of Indiana State, and I'm glad we've got him. Not to mention that I love the parallels to William "The Refrigerator" Perry!!! Trent Miles has certainly done a great job of recruiting high quality young men to represent ISU!!!

Remember when you read this that is is really a transcript of his answers to certain questions, not an actual written interview. If you keep that in mind, it makes it easier to read!!!

Just thought that some might find it interesting reading!!!

Interesting read. Thanks for posting the link. I sat behind his parents in Cincinnati--they were carrying a binder with a bunch of cool pics of Rod. They are obviously very proud parents, as they should be. Nice job Rod, way to represent ISU!

That kid is something that the football team has been looking for. He is a leader on and off the field, and he chose to attend ISU for the right reason....to get a degree then go out and play some football in front of his family.
