What ...into the 211st century ...web address did not work ...I assumed a typo so I did a google search and logged into the account ... it actually came up with my info and had costs right .. but when it said to select the type of card there were no choices ... but I entered in everything else ... I tried to submit but it would not accept it ... I called a number at the bottom and the girl I spoke with could not figure out anythng and said they would connect me with someone else .. the next person I spoke with spent about 30 minutes with me ... tried my name ..address ... phone number ... account number ... and then retired them and spoke with their manager ... well ... guess what ... I was connected with INDIANA UNIVERSITY!!! Not Indiana State University ... is somebody trying to tell me something ... someone should have checked out the system before mailing stuff .... out ... dontcha think ... wonder how many tickets we might sell for I.U. with this new tactic ... Aaaaaarrrggghhhhhh
