Indiana State women's basketball head coach Teri Moren has announced the addition of Robinson, Ill., native Kelsey Dirks to the program on Tuesday (June 11). Dirks will sit out the 2013-14 season due to NCAA transfer rules after playing her freshman season at Murray State University in 2012-13.
