Outfielder/Pitcher Mitch Caster was killed in an automobile accident.

From the article posted above...it says Mitch Caster was driving home to Wichita from Minnesota after pitching in a championship game for a Northwoods League team. The accident occured in Iowa at 12:30 a.m. It is so hard for young people to understand that driving while tired is more risky than driving a little drunk...and that is bad. My condolences as well to Mitch's family and to the Shocker Nation. He sounds like he was a big part of their baseball family.
