Saturday's game with Butler

Here's a reminder that Central Indiana ISU Alumni are hosting the Pre-Game party at Moe & Johnny's (5380 N. College Ave) THIS SATURDAY from 10:00-11:30am before the noon game between the SYCAMORES and the Dawgs at Hinkle. Tickets for the game are available thru the Hulman Center box office. Even if you don't plan on going to the game, come anyway. It is ALWAYS fun filling a Butler bar before their game. Free hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar w/ a full menu available.

I'd like to see Murphy use his size and muscle to bully his way, with the ball, under the basket for 2-foot bankshots. One of five things would happen:
1) Make the shot
2) Miss the shot
C) Make the shot and get fouled
4) Get called for an offensive foul, screw it, let him foul out with aggressiveness, it's not like we have him in the line up at the end of games anyway.
and E) None of the above

I don't think anyone on Butler's team (or any team for that matter) can match his size and strength....Take it to THEM!

Per our discussion last year about Kitch -- I'd rather see Murphy slam the ball down -- not a 2' bank shot -- those are for small guards who happen to get to the basket on a fast break !

I've seen enough of our big men trying to bank in 2' shots ! ! !

Thanks for saying hey Boda @ M & J's. Our group got some tickets and enjoyed the day. Could've been a little better with a win-maybe next time. By the way, who is that Prusator guy? He sure made some noise in his 1:50 playing time
