A disappointing season & a far cry from the baseball we have become accustomed to in these parts. Again this pitching staff way below standard. Needs to be gutted & reloaded.

In 2022 we went 26-22
2017 was a 29-26 season
2015 was 28-26

While I love the elevated expectations for the program and really even during a "down" year to be around .500 is a welcomed take compared to some of our other programs.

While Mitch Hannah's brought out program to the highest level, he wasn't immune to an occasional subpar season. Holding Arch to expectations we had the last 2 years is unrealistic. Hell, holding Hannah's to expectations of the last 2 years is unrealistic.

While yes I really think we should be top 4 in conference right now and there are some glaring holes in the roster, let's take a step back and realize we have a new coach and just like with basketball our baseball team was essentially gutted from the last year or two - Clemson, Texas, Oregon, LSU, etc. . Those were the schools that took our players, that was the level we were playing at. In today's landscape it's nearly impossible to come back from losing that

These are all winning seasons.

We are dangerously close to having a losing season. I’d be extremely fine with a one-game over .500 season.

We’re 10-10 vs Quad4 teams. That’s the most concerning aspect of this season for me.
