This seems to be great news?

Yes, very good news; any time we (ISU) can squeeze more $$ outta indianapolis, it;s a good thing

Dreiser isn't the "architectural gem" like Federal Hall, Normal Hall, University Hall but it's also not an eyesore (ala the original Parsons, Statesmen Towers)

I'd say most of the money will be spent on the "behind the scenes" needs of the building, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, foundational than on the face of the building
