Schools need to release the amount each player, scholie or walk-on is receiving; an easy method is to post each player's university-issued 1099; this ensures the lil' pishers payoffs, receipts are reported to the IRS.

IRS currently has 21 versions of the 1099, one of the current ones should suffice but if not, create a 22nd

A lot of coaches are advocating for this very thing since they know what guys are getting and it isn't what is being floated in the ether. Definitely favor this as well... if we're going down this path, do it in a transparent manor to make the system as sound as possible. Need to remove the heresey layer.
