StatSheet's Missouri Valley Player of the Week for December 17th goes to Doug McDermott from Creighton. Seth Tuttle from Northern Iowa has won StatSheet Missouri Valley Freshman of the Week. And last but certainly not least, Southern Illinois's T.J. Lindsay is StatSheet's Missouri Valley 6th Man of the Week.
McDermott led the all of the Missouri Valley in scoring (34.0 pts per game) and three pointers (4.0 per game). He also put up a strong showing in shooting (60%), free throws made (10 per game), and rebounding (9 per game). The Creighton junior put these numbers up in a win versus California.
Doug McDermott has been named StatSheet Missouri Valley Player of the Week one other time this season. The runner-up this week is Creighton senior Gregory Echenique. Honorable mention goes to Wichita State senior Carl Hall. Jake Odum, who finished 14th, was the highest ranking player from Indiana State.

Seth Tuttle was on the floor for 27 minutes starting the only game for Northern Iowa. In an 80-73 loss to Iowa, Tuttle chalked up 18 points and 9 rebounds.
This is the second StatSheet Missouri Valley Freshman of the Week honor for Seth Tuttle. The runner-up is Anthony Beane Jr. from Southern Illinois. Ron Baker from Wichita State takes honorable mention. The highest ranking freshman from Indiana State was Khristian Smith who finished 5th.

This is the first StatSheet Missouri Valley 6th Man of the Week win for T.J. Lindsay. Josh Swan, a sophomore guard from Southern Illinois, is the runner up. Jake White, a sophomore forward from Wichita State, receives honorable mention. Indiana State has yet to win StatSheet Missouri Valley Player of the Week.
