Ryan Strausborger has been awarded the Texas Rangers Minor League Defender of the Year. The awards presentation took place on January 12 at the Arlington Convention Center.
 
Great honor, as consistency with the glove is a major step in climbing the MLB ladder of respect. Also, given that Texas has one of the better MLB Minor League systems, it's additional "icing on the cake."
