Strong starting pitching leads tradition-rich Stanford into ISU matchup

Stanford and Indiana State have never played each other in baseball. The Sycamores and Cardinal rarely hook up in any athletic event.
As they prepare to meet for Friday's 2 p.m. NCAA Bloomington Regional opener, it was evident that, aside from peering at a stat sheet, the two teams are still strangers to one another.
