Great season guys. Tough way for it to end, but unless you win it all it’s always going to be tough for it to end. I continue to be impressed with this program and how they routinely play at the highest level. Congratulations, boys.

The All-American Level
40 plus win season. Made it to another regional championship. Hard to compete with all the resources the big dogs have. Coach Hannahs will get this program to the CWS eventually.
The programs in a good place when being one of 32 teams still playing in June and making it to a regional final is a disappointing end to the season

Thanks for two memorable seasons guys. Losses from this team will be massive, and could include a lot of key players.

We certainly have had a special few seasons and they simply can’t go unappreciated. Hosting & winning a Regional and following it up with a 40+ win season in position to host and then make the Regional championship at the overall #2 seed is amazing for a northern, mid-major program. Pretty special stuff.
Keep in mind, that UK program has never been to a CWS and was only their 3rd Regional championship while being on a SEC budget.
That was a special group of men and we lose a significant amount of production. Hopefully we can return Pruitt, Cutts and Hayden to keep the pitching steady.
Anyway, great season and pretty exciting when the program expectation is to compete for NCAA Refional championships!

A truly great season and a great past 2 years especially! This group made us all proud as ISU fans!
