Andy Amey reported in the TribStar that Murphquake is down to 260 lbs...his leanest since arriving at ISU. With that being the case, Murphy is officially my "X-Factor", as was being discussed in the Valley Preseason Predictions thread.

I have always liked Murph. I hope you are right!

Open Message to Luke Martin.

Luke, you do a phenomenal job, keep up the great work!

Also, at the end of the video, you say, and I quote, "We will have basketball updates daily on the Sycamore basketball program..."

I'M HOLDING YOU TO THAT :)

Luke is doing what we had all envisioned when we talked about how bad coverage in previous years. It's no shock he comes out of the Ball State program, which is the one I kept pointing to with their Ball State Sports Link production. I'd be curious to see how involved he is in our ESPN3 production duties for the students because I think he'd be a great experiential learning teacher.

So can anyone tell us a little more on Hunnerman? I'm assuming he redshirts, but is he a stretch guy or a gonna be down in the blocks for us?

Also, trying not to get excited about Key and keep expectations in check, but he looks ggggggooooooodddddd in these clips.

Looks like Key has added some muscle I was told he was up to 203 lb.

He has been taking the weight room very seriously. You usually don't see that much muscle gain until they have had a full year or more in the weight training program.

I wonder what he has added to his vertical it was already awesome. He will get all he can he is a very hard worker. I can't wait to see the results of his work on gameday.I am getting excited about this team. The videos are great.

At the end of the video Luke says the team has the day off tomorrow, so he's got the day off tomorrow...in terms of Men's BBall coverage. Well played Luke, well played.

This was the kind of thing he was doing routinely when I watched him during AAU. Also loved seeing Scott getting pumped up there.
