TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State junior right hand pitcher Brad Lombard was named the Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Week by College Sports Madness. Lombard won his second game of the season by throwing seven scoreless innings while scattering four hits in a 9-0 Indiana State win over the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders on Sunday. Lombard also struck out three and walked one in seven innings of work.
