Sycamores Host Cardinals On Tuesday

The Indiana State baseball team plays four games at home this week before heading to the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament, beginning the week against the Ball State Cardinals on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.

IU gets the win, 4-3, with Tyler Fehringer (2-2) getting the win and Kurt Kudrecki getting his third save. A good game against a tougher opponent. Kudrecki has now pitched 39 innings and if he maintains his ERA at around 1.10, he could go into the record books as the best ERA in ISU history. The minimum number of innings is 40 to qualify. Kudrecki is the best reliever since Scott Harlan in 2010, who compiled a 1.54 ERA in 33 appearances and 33.1 innings.
