PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. – Indiana State jumped ahead early on a two-run single from Luis Hernandez and strong pitching from Matt Jachec and Connor Fenlong shut the door on BYU as the Sycamores took the season-opening win on Friday afternoon, 3-2.
