ST. LOUIS – Indiana State senior Kylee Thacker is one of 10 student-athletes in the Missouri Valley Conference who have been honored with the MVC Leadership and Service Award (formerly the Good Neighbor Award) for the fall season it was announced today by Commissioner Doug Eglin.
