I'm sure Kansas will get a slap on the wrist and nothing more. Louisville was caught in plain sight and they didn't get any type of punishment. All the NCAA cares about is getting their money and nothing else.

Louisville wasn't going to get hit a second time after the Pitino blowup. That would have been the death penalty and the NCAA is scared to give that out against after what they did to SMU.
