18 yrs. is growing mold on Schreiber, and he's become a little complacent in recruiting...sometimes ya gotta drive outside of your backyard to find talent. Having a nice facility to play in is only part of the success equation.
The past two seasons they've come to TH, they remind me of lost sheep - absent team unity & confidence. Probably time for a change in Lay-Fay-ette.
