After clicking on 'Make a Donation", you'll then be given the option of choosing where your donation goes...choose Sycamore Athletics (or whichever department/school you want to donate to).

Their goal is to get to 1,000 donors, so far they've reached 650 and raised $170,000. Of which, approx $25k is going to Sycamore Athletics.

made my donation, they need 22 more donors to get to 1500 donors. And at that point I thought I read a couple people would donate another $10,000, which would take them over $400,000.

So get out an contribute if you haven't.

I'm hearing rumors the money raised will be used to buy out Lansing's contract and get a new coach, LOL, just kidding, imagine the uproar if people knew their money was used for that.

Now only need 15 donors

Now over 1500 donors! And just $750 more needed to hit $400K

I wonder what the goal was?

Gave mine tonight. Split 3 ways between basketball, baseball, and football. Not gonna lie. I almost didn’t give to basketball as a boycott.

congrats to ISU, they had 1691 donors and raised $436,243

to my knowledge I don't recall this type of fundraiser ever being done, so congrats to Andrea, and everyone, for making this happen.

We'll see if they're happy with this, not sure what the expectations were?

I donated early in the morning. I have mixed feelings with the results. First, over 1600 donations of over $400,000 is terrific. However, I had hoped for many more donations and a total of over $1,000,000. But for their first attempt, it was great.

So we have over 100,000 alums and 970 gave yesterday. That’s less than 1%. I’m not sure if I would call that overwhelming.
But I would like to think this was sort of a test to establish some kind of benchmarks before we engage in a full fledged capital campaign.
Nevertheless, it appears our new Endowment CEO is making an immediate impact.
And I’m glad we finally have someone that knows what they’re doing.
