Nice, but the facility in that picture will never, never come to fruition. Just like the baseball stadium isn't even remotely close to what they originally said it would be. "Phases" to ISU is simply another word for "We Want the Initial Drawings to Look Good."

You are quite right ITF. And speaking of baseball, I attended the last of the Shox series. There is a lot of work to be done before that facitlity can do an acceptable job of hosting a major tournament IMHO. Here's hoping for some nice weather.
