I'm looking forward to his column tomorrow. He has a way with words that can inspire people to come to the game. I'm counting on some goosebumps when I read it!

I'm curious what he thinks about the black out. He wasn't a big fan of the black jerseys worn by the football team.

Here's the link. Todd updated his blog with some good stuff today. A good read and he makes some good points. I'm glad he hit on the fact that not only do we have to gameplan for the opponent's best players, but now they have to figure out our best players, in particular Jake Odum.

I am going to say this and I am only going to say it once. I have seen Jake Odum play in big basketball games in his career. I saw him play #1 ranked Lawrence North at home his Senior year and South went on to win that game. Odum was "head shaking" good in that game, he just tore LN apart. I don't want to hear that you can't compare the MIC to college hoops - we have already established a long time ago that it's a good measuring stick. Doesn't hurt that he had that redshirt year, thank you Coach McKenna and Jake.

Jake Odum is a big game player, it's just the way it is... 13 will be ready to play tomorrow and I can assure you one thing he's going to give you 30 plus minutes of everything he has and that's all I ask for. So game plan for him all you want, history tells me he will come to play!
