Anyone catch the story in the Trib Star today talking about how North, South and Northview use Verbal Signs for Offense now? Talk about garbage!

Those verbal signs sure don't look like they are working, as all 3 of them were beaten by West Vigo, who plays the traditional way.
23-0 baby!!!!!!

Terre Haute South field isn't exactly a tough place to hit a home run
What do u mean? 6'4" lefty who throws 90mph and had 15 MLB teams at his start against Terre Haute North. 8-0 with like a 0.5 ERA this year. Oh and also has hit 32 homeruns in his last 2 high school seasons on legitimate baseball fields unlike the kids at Riverton Parke who play on a field thats about 250 down the lines.
I guess I don't follow you.
How many games have you seen the Riverton Parke kids play? Not many I'm guessing because they haven't hit too many cheap homers this season. Another thing about the Riverton Parke kids is not to many other teams hit bombs out of there off of them so give those kids credit. When the other team is playing there they hit on the same field with the same dimensions but their balls don't leave the yard.
I know RP isn't a big field but it's 280-290 down the lines.
True Blue in all likely hood AJ will never see an opposing sec pitcher just saying........
I am saying this kid will not play at Kentucky ( dont get me wrong I hope he turns down the temptation of the pro game for a few years . But I think i could be very wrong
I understand you now. My thinking is that he's a bigger prospect as a hitter than as a pitcher but I'm not a scout.
I don't know... if he's a HS lefty throwing in the 90's...
Last one I remember that was lefty throwing mid-90's legitimately was Jr. Allen of TH South back in '84. He was drafted by the Astros.
Yeah that's true. I wouldn't day he throws in the 90's but he can hit 90. More often 88 or so.
