I mean, she hasn't had a winning season, but...she was/is a great coach and very likable in the program. It's not like they can just hire a new coach and the program will become a winning one. The ISU volleyball job is about as tough as it gets. Like one winning season in the past 25-30 years, or something ridiculous like that.
 
Seemed like a likable coach. It's interesting why ISU volleyball has never been good; Indiana high school volleyball is one of the premier recruiting grounds in the country. Doesn't make a ton of sense why there has never been any success when the state is littered with very good talent

start with the obvious... ISU has never hired a Shondell to run the program
