I am extremely disappointed with the way the women's basketball team finished the regular season. Six straight losses. Hopefully, the team can get its act together for the conference tournament.

Basketball needs to be re-energized, re-organized, re-coached, re-everything at Indiana State for both the women & the men. The attendance slippage for both teams is very telling due to the lousy play of both for the last two to three years. Need to curtain off the entire upper seating area of the Hulman Center for both teams to create a home-court feel for the few fans who are currently showing up. AND evaluate the coaching ability of those in charge. They may talk it but if the players do not buy in its not going to be successful.

Good point(s)...the majority of these players have been exposed to reasonably successful HS & AAU coaches, and thus, are not easily bamboozled by "false prophets." They recognize the "writing on the wall" when they see it, and it's hard to disassociate the images & thoughts from the TOTAL ATHLETIC PROGRAM as they mingle in everyday ISU life.

Very disappointing indeed, they've officially sank into the abyss by falling to the play in round, they've been teetering on the edge the past few seasons, but this season the fall was complete.

I never cared for Moren as a coach, attendance dropped, quality of play dropped, she left, attendance keeps dropping, we're losing more and more games, and now both men's and women's teams are play in teams.

Every now and then I watch one of their games on espn3 and it's terrible. I can never make it through an entire game.

I thought the 15-16 ISU athletics year was bad, the 16-17 athletics year is even worse.

Probably be a good idea for the AD to take a hard look at both basketball programs. Neither team headed for stardom any time soon.

Coach suspended two key players before the game but still not an excuse. They were rolling in the first quarter until Illinois State coach made offensive & defensive adjustments & then there was no response from the Sycamores & all downhill from that point. Have seen the failure to respond to opposing coach adjustments all season long.
