I don't get football season tickets, but I did have a problem renewing my basketball tix. Went to the hulmancenter.org website, logged into the ticket part, and looked in "my invoices" for 2014-2015 men's basketball season tickets. The only things there were 2013 football, 2013 Arch Madness and the list of symphony type events. Very unprofessional, and I had to actually fill out and mail the form (much prefer paying stuff online). The world didn't end, but you would think they could have updated this.

I have never had any luck renewing online. I just pick up the phone call HC and in two minutes I am renewed.
