Indiana State and Illinois State split their matchups during the regular season, with both sides defending their home court. The Sycamores came out on top 74-55 in Terre Haute on Jan. 8 while the Redbirds won 75-52 in Normal on Feb. 5.

They (IL State) were a #2 seed too. Big time game. With the ladies, those leads are not always safe and I was afraid to say anything until they won. GREAT GAME ladies. Most likely playing the pride of C-USA, Missouri State~ :-)

Awesome win for the lady Sycamores tonight! It's too bad they didn't play this well all season long, but hey, there's no time like the MVC tourney to play as well as they did tonight!

Now let's hope they can beat either Drake or Creighton tomorrow and advance to the championship game too!
 
MSU is really killing Drake 39-25 in the first half, so looks like it'll be ISU-MSU tomorrow in the semi's. (Unless Drake makes a miraculous comeback)
