Todd Golden just tweeted that ISU will be announcing a Sycamore Sports District Vision on Thursday.

My sycamore sports vision sees a homecoming crowd of 3,500 and people bitching about how it sucked since curtis’ changes.

But seriously, hopefully some optimistic and realistic goals are shared.

Any information you can share in the meantime would be super appreciated!

I’ve just heard a little of what they’re envisioning. Unfortunately, it’s not mine to unveil. However, I think it’s going to be a fantastic plan and we should all support it. If we want to act like a real D-1 university, it’s going to be put up or shut up time. For alumni, fans, friends, and the school as well.

Remember when they unveil this that it’s a big step for ISU. Let’s all do our best to be cheerleaders for this development, and not find every reason to tear it down. Nothing happens until they raise some money, and nobody wants to donate to a negative atmosphere. We can all play a part in making this a successful venture.

I’m really looking forward to seeing the vision.

I’m just happy to hear that someone at State has a vision.

Not trying to be funny. Really am happy to hear this.

If it isn't funded and there is no plan on fundraising for it...then what is it? We've already had a "master plan" for an on-campus football stadium for 10 years now....with zero progress.

That was my thought, as well.

With that said, we're simply going by a few tweets at this point. Let's let this all play out, this afternoon, to get the full details.

Then we can flip out! (I'm talking about myself)
