Really nice to beat out SIU and to get good kids from the Evansville area.
EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - Evansville Central football stand-out Dyris Haywood will play college football at Indiana State.
Haywood played wide receiver and cornerback at Central and says he chose Indiana State over Southern Illinois after making his visit to Terre Haute.
Haywood started all four years at Central and scored 10 touchdowns as a senior.
He will sign his official letter of intent this Thursday.
