Two for the Bulldogs: Batavia has two seniors to watch during its Class 6A state playoff run. Senior tight end Cole Gardner has been at full strength this season after missing several one-day summer camps while recovering from an injury. He is drawing recruiting attention from North Dakota State, Northern Illinois, Indiana State, Vanderbilt and Western Illinois.
