Benefits of having a coach who builds a program....
If STATE doesn't make some hard decisions fast, before TOO long, some "gettable" and capable players will be off the board while ISU is flipping their minnow.
There are 1500 players in the portal and we don't even know what offensive/defensive schemes our new staff will run.
Finding the right coach is priority #1. Honestly don't give a shit about the players.
Finding the right coach QUICKLY would be my 1st preference. And if we go 3-30 next year, I'm betting the players will matter a bit more then.
