As far as returners in the valley that should be at the top you have Deen & Hannah's from Bradley, Schweiger from Valpo, and I'd expect Kinsinger from ILSU to be s top valley guy this season. Outside of that there isn't much continuity in the League as far as returning players expecting to be at the top.
Nagy at SIU appeared to have a pretty darn good recruiting class so I wouldn't be surprised if SIU is near the top.
But like always the cream will rise to the top and new names will appear and the Valley will live on
