With how wide open the Valley will be next year, if they get a good hire in and he can hit the portal and possibly retain some of their current players, they can still be a top team based on their recent success. Feels like their AD isn't moving with any sense of urgency right now.

I think two of the candidates that have been mentioned that I've seen has been Ben McCollum and Marty Richter (In house)
Would assume they are trying to meet the demands of Ben McCollum and if that goes south they will promote from within.
McCullum might be waiting for SLU.

not a bad thought. Either Indiana State or St. Louis will be available in the next week. Either one of those aren't a bad landing spot for someone like McCullum
