I’m pretty sure I saw that it has to be approved by a judge. Don’t see that happening if that’s still the case.

Not a fan of Goodman as most people aren’t but thought this was a good discussion with 3 mid major coaches (Pedon of ILST)
About a third of the way into it. Always nice to see the coaches essentially validate the same things we talk about.
The Will Wade handjob by Pedon is interesting.
He is blaming the "system" but the issue is the NCAA's committees are made up of the ADs and folks from the schools. So if he wants to say leadership is the biggest failure and the inability to deliver systems, they need to change the way business is done and remove ADs and what not from these selection, rules and infraction committees because at the end of the day they're just going to protect their own interests.
Also, the point about judges being able to overrule the NCAA on their own rules has never made any sense to me. If you are a member institution, you agreed to the rules and shouldn't be able to sue. If you don't like a rule, you should petition the org, get co-member support and get it changed/removed. The ability to sue essentially means they have no rules.

L$U isn't innocent in this; they're simply one of the most CORRUPT colleges in all of college sports
